You do know the difference between wild animals whose natural habitats are shared with plots of land where people's homes sit and domesticated pets that are the owner's responsibility, right? #1 your dog needs to be on a leash. 2) assuming he is, you the owner have the ability and obligation to keep your pet off of someone else's property. Besides, most dog turds are bigger and grosser than droppings from squirrels, birds, etc.  you really need that explained to you?[/quote]

Yeah.  The wild animal sh*ts in your yard and it stays until/unless you pick it up or it washes away.  A dog poops in your yard, the owner picks it up and no harm done.[/quote]
