It wasn't clear to me, and I am not the OP.  If a stop is listed, but you're not allowed to use that stop, then all you know is that there is a stop that you're not allowed to use. That doesn't tell you why.[/quote]

I guess you are right...but if someone tells me that my kid is not allowed to use the stop, that would be enough for me.  But I guess after 4 MCPS kids, I have learned that there tend to be reasons and I have also learned that if it lists a private residence, then it is likely a SN accomodation.  I would not need to ask why because I could reasonably assume why.  So I assumed that because I could figure it out, that others could.  That was a poor assumption on my part.  I also know that MCPS transportation is not receptive to a lot of "why" questions.    [/quote]
