Scrawny guy here - I completey believe this.  I'm about 160 lb's and am about average (6.5-7") and my wife audibly gasped the first time I dropped my shorts and still comments about my size regularly.  My gf before her used to breathe really fast lamaz style when I was working it in to "try and relax because I was really big".  I think it just looked large against my Mr. Puniverse frame.[/quote]

If you're measuring correctly this would put you around the 98th percentile according to the British journal of urology. Average is actually around 5.25" measured properly. [/quote]
