Why didnt she put out the cigarette?  Everyone knows some police have a "god" complex and believe what they are untimely in charge.  She could have complied with his request (right or wrong) instead SHE chose to continue to provoke him.

There are mouch deeper problems concerning police and the AA community all over the country.  What battle did she think she was fighting at that moment? She should have shut her mouth ( like an adult) complied with the begin request and got her warning. [/quote]
