I can see how that would go over in court. I'd love to hear someone try to sue for this. Back when I worked hard maintaining my lawn, I was surrounded by neighbors who let their lawns go. My yard has dandelions and despite the use of chemicals, they are still there. My lawn is too large for hand pulling. I've never found hand pulling to work btw. So pp, should I sue those neighbors who let their yards go? Then should they sue the farmer who owned the land before it was built or the builder who put low quality grass in?[/quote]
