If I valued bilingual education more then maybe the extra time and effort or cost of getting a 2nd car would make it worthwhile. But that's all in my analysis of what school I'm willing to send my kid to. People value different things and this is just one more thing that mist be taken into consideration when an individual family chooses a school. [/quote]
