I think whether it increases or decreases the likelihood of cheating probably depends on how it played out. If it led to divorce and difficulties in your childhood, I would think it would decrease the likelihood of cheating. If one parent looked the other way and the cheating parent seemed happier for it, I would think it would increase the likelihood of cheating.[/quote]
