What I'm actually saying is parents having their kid evaluated need to do their homework: select an evaluator who knows what they are doing, who has an impeccable track record and training. Got to a research hospital, a university, somewhere where they know what they are doing. Don't accept the word of every Tom, Dick & Harry evaluator -- because they might not have any idea what they are doing. Hint: If they don't know what a differential diagnosis is, they have no business diagnosing anybody with anything. [/quote]
