If she's never gone to the mall or a movie unsupervised, then the concert is probably too much. But if you let her roam with a gaggle of friends (i.e. at a fair) then I think its fine to drop them off for an all-ages concert. Assuming she has a phone, you go over some basic rules/expectations/concerns, and she's generally mature- why not?[/quote]
