I've lost and kept off 60 pounds. Will power is completely different than laziness. Losing weight is much more about diet, OP, than exercise. I worked out almost daily while overweight. Took 3 hour hikes on weekends with my kids. Played tennis with them. Went swimming with them. Still do. Food is where it's at. And that's not about laziness. It's far more complex than that.[/quote]
