Thanks for the insight, it matches with what happens at a lot of organizations as they start to fall apart.  Slowly at first, and then once a few of the really strong people leave (or are kicked out), the remaining strong people get out as soon as they can.  It's too bad, and pretty hard to stop once it gets moving quickly.[/quote]
