Yeah, um, ok. That made a lot of sense. Did it ever occur to you that whether or not a person's children are in schools with common core standards, it still affects education. Education affects everyone. Common core is extremely controversial. People hate it just as much as they hate NCLB, if not more.[/quote]

You've already negated yourself by saying you don't have a stake in it.  And no, Common Core isn't "extremely controversial" other than in the few small circles that have decided to politicize it.[/quote]
