Not by any stretch of the imagination. Not morbidly obese, but certainly not as in shape as I'd like to be. You can start to get a better body image tonight - just wear one thing less to bed than you normally do. Then, when you're used to that after a few nights, weeks, whatever...take another thing off. Keep doing that until the night when you take a deep breath and get into bed totally nude. Once you get used to that, you'll feel a hundred times less conscious about your body.[/quote]
