I think most come to it when young are were not raised that way, as most of the Wiccans I know. However, I had a co-worker whose family was Wiccan (her, her husband, and their 5 children). Her parents, grand parents and also great grand parents were also Wiccan/Pagan. Unfortunately she suffered from a lot of discrimination at work, especially from her Christian boss.
