and so forth....you get the point. Sure politics may affect some aspects, but it's not as black and white as some people make it out to be. You can find a way to merit pay and give bonuses.[/quote]

No other profession is subject to this level of scrutiny. Maybe we should stop infantilizing teachers and trust them to do their job.[/quote]
