Here's a quotation from the transcript.  Seems pretty clear she was speculating on Malia Obama's sex life.

I am not understanding what is so wrong about what Tantaros said. 
It can be said of any lawmaker or politician who supports providing Plan B to children.  Would these lawmakers and politicians have their daughters on birth control at age 15?  Would they want their daughters to have access to Plan B without parental permission?  [/quote]
