My MIL buys my kids tons of crap but they don't think she is fun, because she never plays with them. She just gives them things. Now they look forward to her visiting because they want her to give them things, but then they go off to their rooms to play with them. I don't consider that much of a relationship. I guess maybe she's happy. [/quote]
