I'm a former employee of Bailey's. I am one of the 30-40 staff members that left that same year ML came to Bailey's. While reading my 31-page complaint, all I did was nod my head. Truth to all. I absolute love Bailey's and the whole community but it got to a point that I was no longer happy. FCPS, shame on you for dismissing all the complaints filled against her prior to this lawsuit.
If that many left, that's a red flag right there.
Seems like it would have been covered at the time, if it actually happened, like the departures at Ft. Hunt. Still can't square this with the positive teacher reviews in early 2014, which were completed anonymously.
They were completely anonymous? Makes me wonder who actually completed them? The principal maybe? If everyone was fleeing, chances are great they couldn't have cared less about filling out a school review. They may have just wanted out! All those incomplete reviews just lying around=opportunity for a principal lacking in integrity to play games. Frankly, I'd believe the actual REALITY/that which can be seen (a mass exodus and formal complaints) over ANONYMOUS reviews.
FCPS contracted out to a third-party company to administer the survey and teachers used unique IDs to complete the surveys. If you have real statistics on teacher departures, please cite them.
There are no unique ID numbers. Just a link. Signed, FCPS teacher
Sorry FCPS teacher, but you are incorrect. You were given a number on a piece of paper. It was embedded in a letter that was addressed to the school instructional staff in general--no names were assigned to any numbers or those letters. You could have traded your letter with anyone and used the number on the traded letter. Each number could only be used once. Signed, FCPS principal
And letters unused by teachers could be manipulated by unscrupulous principals.
You are so silly.
