Haven't we all known physically stunning people who nevertheless have poor confidence? Even though they've been told they are gorgeous they don't feel any self worth or they don't believe it?  Some actually do not believe they are good looking.  Some know it overall but laser in on their weaknesses.  Others know they are goodlooking but for one reason or another don't feel worthy of happiness or being treated well.  Some pursue relationships where they are objectified.  Some of the most objectively beautiful women I know have sabotaged their chances at good relationships through poor self esteem.

And I think we have all seen or know people many would place in on the low end of the looks scale who are in fulfilling relationships. They've found someone who values them and they float each others' boats.  Sometimes the couple has about the same looks rating, sometimes it's really asymmetrical.  Doesn't matter.

OP could have her brain transplanted into the body of her choice tomorrow but if she walks around feeling ugly or invisible she'll project that. [/quote]
