OP here. I am thinking about HG, and have a mixture of rage at whoever might have harmed her but also frustration with HG. Drinking excessively, then walking alone, here's a perfect example of typical college behavior throughout our country and no one gives a shit to do anything about it. What about the deaths as a result of people who drive while intoxicated also? Or pregnant women who drink? What about the burden on the health care industry? What the hell is wrong with our society that inflicts such a punishment on ourselves? What is this addiction people have with alcohol that makes them think they need it to enjoy a party? Sorry, it can not be equated with food, milk or cheese, or owning a pet. I will not address the ridiculous comparison to church or religion. None of these cause a similar burden on society.[/quote]
