1. OP's very first post on this thread, where she claims that injunctions against selling your concubines into prostitution is somehow the same as an injunction against having your own concubines. Another PP had to come on and point out that prostitution and concubinage are not the same thing. (For simply making clarifications like this, that PP repeatedly gets called a christianevanagelicalwhatever by the Muslims and is accused of having an agenda by Jeff.)
Because you appear to be a stickler for the facts and very committed to ensuring that no detail is misleadingly posted, let me clarify that the above point is factually wrong. I did not accuse anyone in this thread of having an agenda for pointing out that "prostitution and concubinage are not the same thing". In fact, I had avoided posting in this thread until you called me out by name. You do appear to have an agenda and you are quite open about that agenda. As you have said, you are upset by what you consider to be an overly-positive presentation of Islam. You are therefore attempting to draw attention to what you consider negative aspects of the religion, perhaps in order to bring what you consider to be balance to the discussion. I have a hard time understanding that when you announce your agenda in no uncertain terms why you would consider it a problem that I point out that you have an agenda.
