cheap?! I buy all of my beef in bulk and it is all grass fed and then dry aged by the butcher. I bet you have never even had a burger made out of dry aged beef. I'm literally locally famous for my burgers. I've had people ask me if they can pay me to make burgers for their freezer stash (I do a special seasoning as well).[/quote]

It is not really the beef you have to focus on, it is the butcher. Most butchers do not dry age. It takes up space and time in their coolers. I ONLY buy beef from farmers who use Faquier's finest butcher http://www.fauquiersfinest.com.

Start with a butcher and then work out to the type of farmer you want (I only do grass fed, injection free, antibiotic free, pretty much normal cows that are not assaulted by chemicals, grains,  and drugs)[/quote]
