Not the person who called you a moron---although you are proving it true---but are you honestly saying that if someone told you they lived in Union Station you wouldn't think they meant the train station?  That DCPS page seems to be clearly using those places as points of reference not as actual neighborhoods.[/quote]

While the inclusion of Union Station is admittedly unusual, your point of reference interpretation does not withstand scrutiny.  First, Kimgman Park is [b]clearly[/b] a neighborhood, not just a point of reference. The same is true of NoMa, which has its own BID.  And then there's this:
