It has to do with poor planning and how that impacts students, schedules (yes, some parents do have to plan for camps and time off from work), resources and tax dollars. I think it sets a poor example when the state to has a plan in place to make-up excessive missed school days and not follow it. I hope they re-adjust their policy so that extra days are made up during the school year and not at the end. Follow your guidelines, STATE and stop having the counties change it. [/quote]
