My parents are European and drinking while pregnant (lightly, very lightly) doesn't carry much stigma. I had several talks with my husband when he'd freak out over me having a glass of wine so I did a significant amount of research on this. Full on FAS is seen in women who drink AT LEAST 15 glasses of booze per week. Women who drink less than 3 glasses a week actually show improved results for their kids, so a little wine here and there is okay. You obviously drank much more than that but it was early on and you've stopped. I'd lay off alcohol from this point forward, and the other posters are right on - there is definitely a nutritional component to this so hike up your Omega 3's and eat a very very healthy diet and you can greatly improve the baby's outcomes. However, we have to be frank here and if you're drinking 6 shots of vodka several times a week at 40 years of age, you're an alcoholic. Obviously drinking while pregnant is bad but if you're drinking like that with children at home, you're still harming your children and just as importantly, yourself. Take this as a big warning from the universe and get thee to a counselor to get the help you need.
Yep, totally agree with both of these - you are not likely to have done your kid harm (though it is possible, if one of your weeks of drinking was quite a bit heavier than the others). But OP, for the sake of your family, and yourself, please get help. AA is free. If that's not your thing, go to therapy (there is also low-cost therapy if needed) - better yet, do both. GL.
