If your child is not at grade level in all subjects, you don't send them to a school like BASIS and expect them to accommodate and remediate whether or not they have an IEP. Have some common sense. To purposely choose a school that is a BAD fit and then argue that they should be accommodated b/c everyone is entitled to a public education is ridiculous.[/quote]
