I've seen this in Montgomery County.   I believe it's pretty much standard policy EVERYWHERE that groups of unattended minors are not welcome in establishments, and that includes large groups of preppy kids from a private school.  The idea is that the store employees don't want to babysit/supervise pre-teens.  [/quote]
