They have something like an enrichment program for the students. But, anyway, I think the main thrust of your point is that in-boundary parents should not be afraid to send their kids to Hardy -- and I'd agree. But not because there is some kind of "separate but equal" education system there -- but because they should all just send their kids there, and as a result the overall "performance" (if you're only looking at the test scores) would go up immediately.[/quote]
