This situation would be much worse. Because it's OP who gave birth to and is raising the child. I have not used DE, but I imagine this situation would trigger anxiety about the genetic mother making claims to the child. There is no such dynamic when OP is looking at what the donor is posting on her public Facebook page.[/quote]
