I like my body best in the 125-135 range. Around 130 is perfect for me. When I edge up to 145-150, I definitely do not feel thin and that is where for me I start to feel 'fat' as I have more rolls and my clothes don't fit as well. I still think I look okay at that weight, I don't look fat, but that is where I start to feel not thin/not fit/and pudgy. I have been as high as 170 and at that weight I felt and looked fat.[/b][/quote] This is me exactly. I'm now 1 kid in at 160 and am working hard to get back to the 140's. To the other PP, I don't think you're kidding yourself about 145, that is a perfectly healthy weight for your height, as long as you're exercising. There's a big difference between a fit 145 and a fat 145 -- that's true for any weight. I run about 3-4 miles/5 days a week so my current 160 is a totally different size and shape than my fat/lazy 160, but there's still a lot of work to do. I was a fit 140 at my wedding and I looked a lot healthier than I did when I was pretty much anorexic at 118 in college. I think your goal is a good one! [/quote]
