[/quote] This is good advice. We prefer smaller bedrooms and larger common spaces, particularly a kitchen big enough for family and friends to hang out while we make dinner. We're more than happy as a family of five+dog in a 1200 sf house w/ full finished basement, though I wish our kitchen were a little bigger.[/quote]
