I can't be TOTALLY sure, but I'm pretty sure the hysterical poster is actually engaged in fun satire. It's so hard to tell these days. The bit quoting the "welfare queen" cost as being a small percentage of the Pentagon's budget was what started it. The point about "what possible incentive would they have..." was what sold me.[/quote]
