OMG you are such a total dumbass.  Thousands of years ago, we were converting pagan temples to Christian ones.  For instance the Pantheon, or the Cathedral in Cordoba, Spain.  And Hagia Sophia, referenced in the story, actually started out Greek Orthodox until the Roman Catholics took it over.

It's so sad to see Christians who have to get their religious history from a web page.  Didn't anyone teach you at home or school or church?
