I taught 9 skills for a long time. So I can make sense of what PP posted.

And what PP is saying is that we can't possibly allow a person TRAINED in education to run an educational system.  Educators obviously don't have the skills and knowledge to run a system.

But of course we let attorneys run law firms and doctors run their practices.

But educators should NEVER make policy for other educators!  how absurd!
