I am not, but SDAT clearly shows the purchase in 2006, but that the construction of the house was in 2010. I read that to mean that the land (likely a farm sub-divide) was $2.6M. Interesting, for a $34.5M price tag the tax assessment (which I know doesn't = market value) is set at just $5.4M. Seems like a huge bargain for the owners! The land--- 18.7 waterfront acres -- purchased for 2.7M is assessed at a mere $988k. My Bethesda lot of about 0.27 acre is assessed > $500k. [/quote]
