If you really have your heart set on trying IVF  (before DE) then go out of state. Go to the best clinic you can afford.Don't mess around with the local clinics... they do not specialize in AMA. Make sure they are looking at the right things and not just giving you the same protocols they give everyone. It is not a cheap endeavor and you want to make sure you are not throwing your money away. It might seem like money is no object right now, but after several failed cycles the finances can add even more stress to the situation. [/quote]
