Yes.  The area east of WFC metro in 22043 feeds into McLean but is part of Falls Church.  Who cares how much they are?  Perhaps Marshall basher paid $1.4 and is concerned because a similar house in the Marshall district would be cheaper and if Marshall is desirable, people might choose that.

Also, not all of the houses in that area are $1.4.  There are many $700K shit shacks.[/quote]
