To speed up meets - preseed and have heat and lane assignments (most teams do this now - 90%)
Combine heats when you can
Run like club meets and only collect timer sheets (do timer sheets and NOT cards) after each event
Extra officials on deck.  When a DQ is being discussed back up officials step in so the meet does not have to stop.

Some pools do not do board times - I think that is crappy.  Everyone wants to see the times.  That means a lot to the kids.[/quote]

I think combining heats is going to be the best option for overall speed if you don't have extra volunteers etc. It's a B meet, you can have mixed age and mixed gender heats. You can have mixed age and mixed gender at the same time.[/quote]
