And some of franklin farm area tracks to Navy ES - also good. I was the one who suggested these neighborhoods, and we found crossfield and floris were basically out of our price range. We did put in a bid on a short sale in the floris area (were outbid by $50K in a bidding war with at least 4 other contracts), but that is the ONLY way you are going to get anything in floris district on that budget. I've seen a few houses in crossfield under $450K, but they are very few and far between.[/quote]
