We had planned to sign a lease for a much larger place this week (we currently live in a 1-bedroom condo with two dogs), but because of this, we will now need to stay put. I'm glad we still have a place to live, but since I won't have any income for at least 6 weeks, we'll have to be even more cramped here.

Why are you pregnant? And unmarried?

With no health insurance and no benefits you should have had an IUD or use the pill AND condoms.

Or been willing to have an abortion.

This is what single women with much resources should do.

Plan, plan, plan. Before our kids were born we had a suitable home. Two incomes with benefits. Oh, and we were married.

We knew the rules and played by them.
