300-400k annual is not high enough income to warrant a prenup. OP didn't say anything about his assets. This salary is pretty mid for large financial center cities like NY, Boston, Chicago, SF etc.

Women who make 300-400K are not interested because they can support themselves and only date equals by looks and income. It's not like an ugly/older/shorter man who make $3m a year can easily get a hot woman making 300K/year. She is more likely to prefer a man in her league but suprior in looks[/quote]
