So basically the only two reasons to go to Harvard are if you want to:

a) Work in consulting / finance;
b) Teach at Harvard[/quote]

Teaching at Harvard is off the table for 99% of undergrads. The difficulty of getting tenure track at a U Iowa tier school speaks for itself. Go to Harvard to network for business jobs and to avoid having to go to grad school. [/quote]
