They weren't closed during Rosh Hashana but have a random off day April 27 so that cancels out. While they have 3 days built in to MC's 1 they closed 7 days that school was scheduled 1/26-2/3 while MC was closed 5 student days 1/27-2/2 so both have the same number of makeup days (4).[/quote]
