PG County has said it wants to use President's day, and it has more snow days built into its calendar than MCPS.[/quote] https://pgcps.community.highbond.com/document/2e0d50b0-5b8e-4386-b082-f04acf4a11af/ I counted 183 days from August 26-June 12 so they have 3 built in. They weren't closed during Rosh Hashana but have a random off day April 27 so that cancels out. While they have 3 days built in to MC's 1 they closed 7 days that school was scheduled 1/26-2/3 while MC was closed 5 student days 1/27-2/2 so both have the same number of makeup days (4).[/quote]
