We need to be able to identify abusive agents or agents that are breaking the law and then be able to pursue action.

When law enforcement takes someone into custody, it is per se most certainly not "kidnapping" -- that's just inflammatory language of exactly the kind that is creating the tensions being complained about. But you know that.[/quote]

So basically, our tax dollars are going to ICE agents, who get cash bonuses for arrests, even if it is for a few hours or days and even if it is for no reason other than "person of color" "immigrant" or "liberal" - see the problem?[/quote]
