They score the goals. Not necessarily the fastest or the best on the ball (That helps). Needs to know the position and where to be in the attacking-third (at midfield they need to hold the ball so others can join the attack, you know?). I mean all the passing in the world does wonders BUT when that's your focus you tend to have players who won't pull the trigger.[/quote]
