A student at Langley, etc. will be able to be a full pay student at top 20 private schools. In less wealthy districts, the parents might be government workers that make too much for aid but not enough to pay $85,000 a year for 3 kids. These families (donut hole) are way more likely to accept UVA. [/quote]
