Are any schools doing math enrichment for K or 1st graders doing FIT/WIN time and if so what does it look like?
Hello! New Special Ed Paraeducator here. 3-5th grade. My second day on the job, I got to observe what happens during FIT. Paras usually gather about 5 kids and takes them to a small room where they work through a lesson plan (that I assume is provided by the teacher) -however I was told that this information was online. Blending phonics is they worked on today. In my opinion, every para is different. Some move too fast, and others take their time as they should. But I think it's all timing. I will add more once finish my first week.
