There is a clear trend in which younger women are moving to the left, perhaps more than young men are moving to the right. This article is a year old, but the findings still hold true. https://news.gallup.com/poll/649826/exploring-young-women-leftward-expansion.aspx Some interesting highlights: -From 2001-2007, an average of 28% of women aged 18-29 identified as liberal, three percentage points higher than young men. -From 2008-2016, an average of 32% of young women identified as liberal, five points higher than for young men. -From 2017-2024, an average of 40% of young women identified as liberal, 15 points higher than for young men. -Young Women have become more liberal regardless of college status
For the cohort of younger women, there is a strong correlation between progressive views and mental illness.
There is plentiful research showing conservatives are afraid to admit mental illness and seek treatment for it due to stigma concerns, though they still experience it
Correct. I have a lot of MAGA family members and a number of them have glaring mental health issues which are going untreated.
Doesn’t it concern you that there are so many mentally ill people in this country? Maybe it’s a reflection on our society? And no, progressives/liberals do not have the answer in fact they have greatly contributed to the illnesses, but they refuse to acknowledge this. And so we continue on, while a civil war is playing out for power, between two elite privileged groups, the DNC and the GOP.
You meant to say DNC and RNC. The GOP includes regular everyday people who identify as Republicans. The struggle for power in this country is between the regular everyday American citizens (the 98.5%) and the RNC/DNC with their wealthy mega-donors. Once we shut down or force massive reform on the RNC and DNC, we can get back to normal right vs left political talking points.
