What hot 20 something would go for a setup like that?? The whole point of the relationship is transactional. She gives her youth in exchange for your money. If your money remains totally within your control, then what’s the point? As soon as she’s no longer young and hot you get to trade her in and she leaves with NOTHING- except bitterness, trust issues, and a massively depleted SMV.

So, looks like you’re in the same boat as every other shlubby 50 something without your riches… …oh, what’s that?
