Most early 50s men are retired? Where do you live? Thailand? Or are you talking aout enlisted service members that put in 30 years and are now trying to squeeze by on $3000 a month for the next 30 years?
I recently retired at the age of 52 as a software engineer after 10 years from Apple, 5 years from Intel, and 12 years from Amazon. I have 35M in 401K and stock options from those companies. I am going to get myself a hot 20s gf/wife with an ironclad prenup to protect myself. Not every man in his 50s is struggling financially.
What hot 20 something would go for a setup like that?? The whole point of the relationship is transactional. She gives her youth in exchange for your money. If your money remains totally within your control, then what’s the point? As soon as she’s no longer young and hot you get to trade her in and she leaves with NOTHING- except bitterness, trust issues, and a massively depleted SMV. So, looks like you’re in the same boat as every other shlubby 50 something without your riches… …oh, what’s that? You only want to sleep with her short term anyhow and become a “serial monogamist” like our lovely 55-year-old friend here posting on parenting boards despite not being a parent? Well then congrats on being all those young hotties’ greatest humiliation and biggest regret. But hey, at least you gave them a tough life lesson on the true meaning of what’s it’s like to f around and find out.
Ha! He got under your skin. This is the relationship forum, not parenting. Is the travel section a parenting board? How about the sports forum? Pop culture? The Food forum? Just take the L lady, you suck.
