[/quote] No, I have lunch. Usually dinner leftovers and a piece of fruit. If I just have the urge for mindless snacking, that's where the celery comes in. No chips, etc. And I do have dinner, it's just more "nibbling" than a big plate. If I exercise, probably about 1500 calories/day, maybe a little less on days I don't exercise. [/quote]
